unable to open file "var/spool/cups/d00005-001" - Permission Denied

When trying to print, I get the message in the subject showing in CUPS.  The file exists and when opened looks like what should print.  The odd thing is that it worked when first loaded.  Can anyone help with this?

I have CUPS 3.11 running with Puppy 4.3, the printer is a wireless Canon MX860, Puppy is on a CD with the save file on a usb
