Using PPD keywords for media is non-conformant with IPP/2.x. As CUPS 1.4
and later conforms to IPP/2.1, we map to the PWG name. The mapping is
changing in 1.4.4, but we also generate a PageSize option that corresponds
to the PPD keyword.
