Say, I never asked...  does the CUPS lpadmin prime the value of 
outputorder from the PPD's DefaultOutputOrder?

Or is that what you were saying?

And should the foomatic scripts use outputorder to detect whether a PS 
stream needs to go through "psrev" as part of the rendering process?
