Can CUPS Change Print Job Orientation

I am printing old greenbar reports, no longer than 133 characters wide, on LEDGER paper (11 x 17) on a Xerox N40. On Windows, I have an option in the print manager to rotate the image, and then everything fits correctly on the ledger paper.

Queuing this from Linux causes the print job to run top to bottom across the page, so the orientation is 90 degrees off.

How can I tell CUPS to change orientation?
