job-hold-indefinite not working on 10.5.8 server

Hello, I had some queues setup on a 10.6.2 server using the "Print" service but shortly found out that there must be a lot of bugs. I rolled the server back to 10.5.8 and the other issues I was having seem to be gone, but now as I had working in 10.6.2 (job-hold-indefinite.... using this on the server as a release station setup) is not working under 10.5.8.

Any help to get the queues under 10.5.8 to hold all prints until released (on the server end) would be great.
