Red Hat5 64 bit cups printing different then RHEL4 32 bit cups printing

We are moving to Red Hat 5 64bit and we are trying to get our printers to work properly.

We used the Red Hat 5 printer-configuration tool, just like we did in Red Hat 4 and we set the SAME cups parameters as the Red Hat 4 parameters.
