[cups.general] printing to the printer the user authenticates himself

Hello,

is it possible to build the following configuration with CUPS ?

The user on a windows machine prints to a central CUPS print queue
The user goes to one of the printers of the company and authenticates
himself ( with a ID or MIFARE depending on the capabilities of the
printer )
The document is printed to this printer.

The CUPS solution should on the client side be independend ( transparent
) from the printers attached to the network ( as far as they have all
the sam basic capabilities )
