In short, you are doing something that is not supported by the default
configuration or software in CUPS. We don't provide general support via
the bug forms, and opening more bugs won't change that.

Your printer is not supported by CUPS out of the box. If you are sending
raw files to the printer, you need to either a) tell CUPS they are raw
when you print (lp -o raw filename) *or* b) add a .types file to /etc/cups
that tells CUPS to identify those files as application/vnd.cups-raw - "man
mime.types" for details.
