Which PPD to use?

To prevent accidental settings distiller might complain about, use the 
Acrobat distiller PPD.
I presume your distiller is running on a Windows box (or virtual machine), 
so you may copy the PPD from there. The name should be something like 
ADISTn.PPD (n the Acrobat main version number).
