[cups.general] Enabling Duplex for HP BusinessInkjet 1200 via CUPS/HPIJS/GS for Mac OS X

After installing Foomatic, HPIJS, and GS-8.71, I could finally print to
IP networked printer (using attached non-HP printer server), but only in
simplex mode even if Two Sided was selected in the complex (application)
Print dialog configuration. Had to modify the PPD file where it
specifies the GS command string to include "-dDuplex=true
-dTumble=false". THEN printing to the networked HP Business Inkjet 1200
DID successfully print duplexed.
