Hi,

I've hit a similar problem on my system when I try to print a test page. I have two printers installed on CUPS, one is a Laser printer that is working fine, but the other is a Datamax Label printer (Uses filter rastertodpl) and this comes up with the unsupported format.

Here is the output in the log for the Datamax Printer:

The banner format is not recognised for one driver, but handled ok by another.

When the Laser printer prints it uses the bannertops filter, followed by the pstops filter.

I have done a search and the bannertops filter is definitely on the system.

Any ideas?

Thanks

James
