cups-1.4 printer options gone/ Unsupportedformat'application/vnd.cups-banner'

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the advice about Ghostscript, but I'm struggling to get it installed.

Firstly I'm not sure that I've got the correct version downloaded. I have got version 8.64 from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/ghostscript/.

When I run the Make I am getting the following error:

Any ideas on what I need to get round this? Should I download a different version or from an alternative location?
