[cups.general] lots of /tmp/4b* files

FYI,

"Printing via Adobe Reader leaves three or more same PPD files
  in /tmp/ for every print job."

But other applications (e.g. Mozilla Firefox) were also known
to call cupsGetPPD() without calling a matching unlink()...
