[STR New]

When adding a Windows/SAMBA printer using either the CUPS web interface
(localhost:631) or the Printer System Preference Pane, authentication is
not requested when printing, so printing fails if authentication is a
requirement.

This can be solved by editing /etc/cups/printing.conf, and adding the line
"AuthInfoRequired username, password" to each affected printer entry.

Alternatively the username and password can be added to the queue name,
but this is a security risk and is useless on a computer used by more than
one user.

This worked fine in CUPS v.1.3 (OS X 10.5), so something's broken since
then.

Specifics:

Queue name: smb://domain/print-server/share-name
Problem: no authentication asked for, printing fails with an NT
Authentication error

Queue name: smb://username:password@domain/print-server/share-name
Problems: Printing works, but username and password visible in
printers.conf. Impossible to set up per-user authentication.
