[cups.general] Problems with understanding the job_k_limit option

Not at present.  We have been looking at ways to extend CUPS for arbitrary accounting plug-ins for a while but nothing has been added/implemented yet.

You may be able to support this kind of thing using third-party add-ons like PyKota.
