DefaultLanguage in web interface

Hi

Using Centos 5.5, CUPS 1.3.7-18.el5_5.7, I have set "DefaultLanguage es" in cupsd.conf, but when I access the web interface, it shows in english. I have restarted CUPS, but no success. What is that setting for? Is it really for the web interface?
