thanks for providing the PPD.
Besides from some minor errors (e.g. missing colon after 'JCLCloseUI
keywords) some *JCLOpenUI keywords contain "InputText" or "InputNumber" as
value, which is not conformant to Adobe's PPD spec (including the update)
nor is this supported by CUPS (I tested both 1.3.11 and 1.4.3).
Maybe there is some other printer setup utility as part of a desktop manager
like KDE or Gnome or whatever that supports it.
As the mentioned quirks all refer to "secure printing" which requires user
IDs and/or passwords to be supplied with the print job, you could convert
the respective portions into comments or even delete them if you don't need
these features.
