Print a Banner for User

Hello together,

we have 100 and more Users.
The users want to print with a banner and without a banner. "....."

The environment for check the user banner is created and work for a output bin filter, but i don`t know to tell cups print a banner if user aaa and print not a banner if user bbb is printing.

what can i do?

for the understanding, the print jobs walk through a cups filter to make the output bin for postscript data stream. (that works fine).

user banner  output
aaa  nosep    1
bbb  sep      4
ccc  sep      8
ddd  nosep    3
