overview page refers to non-existent tab

This page:

     http://www.cups.org/documentation.php/overview.html

includes this:

     Click on the Administration tab at the top of this page. Click on the
     Add Printer button and follow the prompts.

Following in in-line link works, but there doesn't seem to be any
Administration tab anywhere.

I think its really slick how the web page takes you straight to the
local configuration, so I think this little glitch is worth fixing.
