tea4cups permission error

I'm trying to setup tea4cups on Fedora Core 6 but I'getting these errors on log:

My current permissions for /usr/lib/cups/backend/tea4cups are 700 (as written on readme file). I also tried with 777 with no success.

If I remove tea4cups prefix I can print without any problem, so it's not a printer configuration problem.

Are there any other files/dirs I should set permissions?
What means "stopped with status 22"?

Any help would be very appreciated.
