[cups.general] cupsd removes filter from printers.conf

Hi all,

I want to setup local filtering. So I added some filter directives to
printers.conf. Then restarted cups. After some seconds (cups is idle),
cupsd reports "Saving printers.conf".

But: it removes the filter directives from the printers.conf. Therefore
the local filtering does not take place.

Any hints why cupsd removes the filter directives?
