Canon MP560 printing problem

I have problem with my Canon MP 560 printer. I am unable to print any document. When installing, printer is discovered and installed wihtout any problem. However, any print job fail with following errors:

Please notice the last line "printer=state=reasons=paused". When sending print job to printer, printer IS enabled, but after unsuccessful printing it always became "paused".

I am using linux driver v3.2-2 directly from Canon. This is how CUPS identified my printer:
Description: Canon MP560
Location:
Driver: Canon MP560 series Ver.3.20 (color, 2-sided printing)
Connection: cnijnet:/00-1E-8F-5B-23-40
Defaults: job-sheets=none, none media=iso_a4_210x297mm sides=one-sided


Please help. I've been solving this problem for weeks and have browsed whole internet finding solution, but not succeeded yet.
