job mysteriously reprinting

> On really busy printing days we load cups up with jobs all morning. Generally our printers don't stop running from 6AM to 9AM. We have found that at roughly 7:45AM a job that is printing just fine, but not yet complete, will simply stop and restart. The tray offsets as if someone cancelled the job and resent it. Could be 100 pages in or 1000. The second time around it prints just fine and completes the entire job.

Oh, not sure that I made the 7:45 time thing clear. If I offset the system time by an hour, this problem follows. In the past, I got around it by offsetting the clock 12 hours since we generally don't print at night. Also, when the job restarts, I've never been able to find anything in logs that sheds any light, at least for me. We only ever see a single entry in the printers completed jobs. And lastly it only seems to happen on really busy days and with jobs that are 1,000 pages plus. A 100 page job could be printing on a second printer at the same time and it will finish without restarting!?!
