I got it. Filter for TEC B-SV4 label printer

Finaly I got it. I am printing with my beta ppd and filter for label printer TEC B-SV4. It will probably suit other Toshiba TEC label printers that use TCL2 Lite printer language.
This driver currently only support my own requirements so still need improvement to suit other necessities.

I will continue developing it but I have not scheduled it.
