[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3994: Cups fails to print text files or output with "BM" in the first 2 char positions of first line

If trying to print text to a postscript printer, and the first line of the
text begins with the string "BM", cups fails to print the text and creates
an error shown by lpstat -t as follows:
Unable to open image file for printing! 
For example, if a text file of a label (testlabel.txt) is created as
follows, the error can be caused by typing the command "cat testlabel.txt
| lpr", assuming that the default printer is a postscript printer such as
an HP Laser Jet 2420-dn.  Here is the content of testlabel.txt:
BMATOMO, ROBATOSSO
123 YOUR STREET
ANYTOWN USA 12334
