after printer has been inactive for a substantial period,a file occassionaly does print, but the next attempt does not. utility file shows message "operation could not be completed", and "client-error-not-possible". what can be done? computer is imac with intel core 2 duo and mac OS X v. 10.5.8 HP installation disc is P/N Q5912-60105 thank you.
