This is not possible because a local printer needs a local running
cupsd but even if there is a local running cupsd it is not at all
used when another cupsd on a remote machine is specified via
a ServerName entry in client.conf, see

"... ServerName ... redirects all client requests ..."
Instead use the CUPS default "Browsing".
