[cups.general] Printing banner

I notice that when I print a Ryanair boarding pass
directly from the ryanair site, using Firefox,
there is a short banner at the top, basically giving the filename.
This causes the pass to be printed on 2 pages,
which slightly baffles security at some airports.

But if I save the pass as a PDF file, and print with xpdf,
there is no such banner, and the pass comes out as a single page.

Is there some Firefox setting which causes this?
