cupsdAuthorize: No authentication data provided - error_log

I have setup a OEL 5.5 server with cups 1.4.6. I have added 59 printers and all have a status of Idle.  I have three printers which constantly show up with debug messages in the /var/log/cups/error_log.

I attempted to have another CUPS host running 1.3.7 redirecting printing (via IPP) to the host running 1.4.6.  I could not get jobs to print.  I have removed all BrowseAllow and BrowseAddress entries from both hosts.  No printers are displayed on the 1.3.7 host at all.

The error_log on the 1.4.6 host constantly gets debug messges from the three printers that I attempted to print from.  How can I stop this? As I've mentioned the 1.3.7 host is not longer configured to redirect printing.  I have stopped and restarted the cups and xinetd services several times.  I have even rebooted the 1.4.6 host.
