Status update with BrowsePoll and broadcast

Hello,

I want so setup an environment with 2 CUPS servers (with identical queue configuration) and about 150 clients getting their configuration from the 2 servers.

The setup is complete, printing works fine, but the cupsd on the clients does not recognize status updates of the printqueues on the server. If I disable oder reject a printqueue the client doesn't show the correct information with 'lpstat -t'. Wireshark and the log-file are showing the right status but the daemon doesn't update it.

If the client does BrowsePoll, queue status and printer status are both wrong. Getting broadcasts, queue status is sometimes correct, but printer status is always wrong and not changing.

Any ideas what's wrong or how to setup an highly available configuration with correct status information on the clients?
