[cups.general] Have CUPS run wake-on-lan script before printing to shared printer

You can probably set something up using a third-party add-on like Tea4CUPS listed at:

    http://www.cups.org/links.php

At one time we were toying with the idea of adding this as a feature of the socket backend, however it isn't always possible to know which network interface to send the WOL packet to, and it requires the backend to run as root...
