using Freebsd 8 with cups

Hi,

i am new her and have some questions. I use Freebsd8 with cups and 
hpijs. How kind of connection i must use in the cups-frontend? I will 
use /dev/ulpt0, it is the right Hardware connection. I build cups 
without usb support, the Printer is connected with usb, but for Cups it 
looks like parallel, it should run with this but it dont di this. I had 
try it also with usbsupport. But all connenctions i will try with 
usb-support its not working!
