[cups.general] Enforcing duplexing in server hosted IPP queues

How are the clients configured?

You may be able to use:

    lpadmin -p printer -o sides-default=two-sided-long-edge

where "printer" is the name reported by "lpstat -p" (generally the name you see in the print dialog with "_" replacing all special chars and spaces).
