[cups.general] Web Interface Works funny in W2k8 Server for non admins

It is probably a restriction on Javascript - you can tweak the printer.tmpl file to not include the "display: none;" style information for the submit button to make it work without Javascript. Or add your print server or domain to the "trusted" intranet security zone/policy.
