Using ubuntu 10.04.

FYI: I am an experienced linux user and a programmer, comfortable
with the command line; yet I am a bit of a boob when it comes to
printer configuration. 

I am getting the Cups server error

"""
when I choose an option to 'Clean Print Heads'.
I'm guessing that this is a configuration issue, but
don't know where to start.

Please advise.
