[cups.general] No Carriage return when printing text file

Regarding the reason, have a look at "raw" in
http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:CUPS_in_a_Nutshell

This means: Either use a driver via an appropriate PPD file or use
an appropriate "System V style Interface Script", have a look at
http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Using_Your_Own_Filters_to_Print_with_CUPS
in particular see "Printing Plain Text in Printer-Specific Encoding".
