[cups.general] Bad device-uri scheme

I have also tried with postscript file to avoid the filter issue, if
any. The permissions are also ok on the filter binaries, et cetera. I
think it is just a bogus warning
""cups-missing-filter-warning,cups-insecure-filter-warning"

Is it acceptable to add more error reporting into the cups code,
please ? It is very frustrating it takes me days to print a txt file
with cups. :( :(
