[cups.general] Feature Request: Job Timeout

STR #2811 talks a little about this but isn't a proposal for a general solution:

Long-term I would rather have an intelligent solution, i.e. if the driver or printer provided "media-needed" as a status then cupsd can a) notify the owner, operators, and administrators of the situation and b) do something (hold job, cancel job, etc.) if no response is received (or the condition is not resolved on the printer) within a defined amount of time.
