[cups.general] Epson LX-400 parallel printer cups support

Dear friends,

I would like to configure an old Epson LX-400 parallel printer with
cups. 

The printer is connected using an USB cable, which is recognized
as /dev/usbp0. Cups packages and foomatic are installed and work. Other
printers are connected to my cups server and work fine.

Any idea or doc explaining how to configure the Epson LX-400?
