Reprinting a job from history. Possible?

FIRST QUESTION
Is there any way to reprint jobs from "Completed Jobs"?

I'm looking at http://localhost:631/jobs?which_jobs=all and see quite a few drafts of old versions of manuscripts I'd *LOVE* to have.

SECOND QUESTION
Going forward is there a CUPS setting I can modify to retain print jobs locally for possible (re)printing at a later date? I dislike hanging onto paper and disk storage is far more tidy/affordable.
