As  the SATO printers are said to support PCX graphics, I could build a
pstosbpl filter based on Ghostscript's pcxgray or pcxmono device.

But, as I myself do not have access to such printers, I'd need somebody
who owns (or has access to) such printers to cooperate for testing.
