[cups.general] Kind of a "print portal"

Hi,

I have a HP ink printer which works very well with cups but has a bad to
unusable Windows driver.

To workaround the installation of the windows driver on the windows
computers, I would like to give my users a website where they can upload
a pdf, view small thumbnails of the pages to choose the pages that
should be printed and then choose Printer, printquality, duplex setting
and so on, hit the "Do it" Button.

Do you think this is a feature users would like?
