[cups.general] Browsed printers not shown when using ServerName in client.conf

Hi,
I have a question about using client.conf to have CUPS clients that are
not running their own instances of cupsd. Here is the set-up:
CUPS Server, "A"
Queues are discovered using "Browsing On"
CUPS Client, "B"
/etc/cups/client.conf has "ServerName A"
On machine "A", lpstat -s shows the queues discovered by browsing.
On machine "B", lpstat -h A -s does not show these queues.
Is this behaviour intentional?
Thanks,
Tim.
