[cups.bugs] delay in raw print after upgrade 1.3.10 -> 1.4.6

Franta,

I think the issue is the SNMP supplies/status support that was added in 1.4.x. By default it is turned on unless you have "*cupsSNMPSupplies: False", but for a raw queue there is no PPD file.

Please file a bug for this at:

    http://www.cups.org/str.php

I think the resolution for this should be that the SNMP supplies/status support is not enabled for non-PPD/raw queues at all.
