General support is not available via the STR form. Please post to the CUPS
forums and/or mailing lists for general support.

This particular print server doesn't show any support for SNMP or Bonjour
in their data sheet, so I suspect you won't be able to auto-discover the
print server.

They do claim support for Mac OS X and Linux so maybe you can contact the
vendor directly?
