FreeBSD8.1.+Samba+CUPS

Good afternoon, colleagues.
I have decided to lift a print server on FreeBSD.
Has installed Samba, has entered the computer into the domain, has installed cups, has installed hplip, gimp.
But domain administrators or the computer can install these printers only.
At attempt to install the printer the normal user in Windows XP, I receive such message:
"On the given computer there is a policy hindering connection to this print queue"
