[cups.general] Cups printing issue - imagetops failed

More than likely imagetops isn't compiled with JPEG support - what happens if you run the following:
PPD=/etc/cups/ppd/security-default.ppd /usr/lib/cups/filter/imagetops job user title 1 "" /home/user/avatar.jpeg >t.ps
