[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #3850: 1.5b2 will not build RPM

AFAICT these are the 'RPM build errors'.
For example:
'File not found: /tmp/cups-root/usr/lib/cups/backend/scsi'
says that you are trying to package non-existing file
/usr/lib/cups/backend/scsi.

'Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found: /usr/lib/cups/daemon/cups-exec'
says that there's /usr/lib/cups/daemon/cups-exec file but you are not
including it into your package.

All you need to do is modify the %files section in cups.spec
