[cups.general] Cups doesnt support IPP Reference printing ?

The CUPS scheduler (cupsd) does not support the Print-URI or Send-URI operations. This is on purpose: "file" URIs are (generally) a security hole and require very special handling to avoid common race conditions.  "ftp", "http", and "https" URIs often require authentication information or cookies, making access from the scheduler difficult if not impossible in many cases, and for things like web pages you need to access multiple URLs, not just a single one.
