Redirecting print job files for specific printers

Hello,

I have a legacy program that my company is moving from an old HP-UX server to a new Ubuntu Linux server. In this program when a user prints something it create the print job spooler file to a directory for that printer. The program also has the ability to copy print job files for a specific printer by going into the printers spooler folder and copying the files. Can this be done in CUPS? Right now all print spooler files go to /var/spool/cups. I would like, when a user prints to a specific printer the spooler file would go to it directory; example
/var/spool/cups/MN_HP_2055_IT

Any help would be great, I've been looking for a solution to this problem for a week now.
